Every athlete deserves to feel confident with their swim. That belief is where Triathlon Swim Squad began — with coaching designed to help triathletes swim faster, move better, and enjoy the process.
Triathlon Swim Squad started in 2019 with a simple aim: to help triathletes become faster and more efficient in the water.
At the beginning, it was just a handful of 1–1 sessions and a single squad session each week. But athletes responded — to the coaching, the clarity, the sense of progress — and things grew quickly.
Today, the Squad looks very different. We now run three Swim Squad sessions every week, a dedicated Swim Technique session, 1–1 pool and open-water coaching, two open-water sessions per week through spring and summer and 1–1 triathlon coaching for athletes training for everything from sprint triathlons to Ironman.
What started as a small group has grown into a supportive, motivated community of athletes — swimmers, triathletes, first-timers, age-groupers, and long-course competitors — all working toward their own breakthroughs. But even as our services have expanded, the heart of Triathlon Swim Squad hasn’t changed:
helping athletes fit training into their lives, enjoy their sport more, and race better because of it.
