Pretty much everything we do in the water is planned beforehand, designed to make swimmers feel more comfortable & confident in their races and to help with the small details that will make a big difference on race day.

Just a quick note to say that not everybody who comes to our sessions at the Liverpool Watersports Centre actually races. I guess these swimmers just enjoy the work that we do, the skills we ask them to practice and the people they get to swim with. And there’s nothing wrong with that!
