Improve Your 400m Speed Plan

Improving your 400m time is about improving your speed, your ability to hold a strong pace and your endurance. Improving your 400m time means improving your triathlon swim – whether that’s 750m, 1500m, 1900m or 3.8k. This plan will be tailored to your ability and will help you become a better, faster swimmer!

Eight weeks of three to four sessions per week tailored to your current swim ability. £50.

Long Distance Swim Training Plan

You have a long distance swim coming up – Coniston, Ullswater, Windermere – but you’re not quite sure how to prepare for it. This plan is a mix of developing endurance, strength and efficiency. It is a progressive programme, with some good variation included, and includes a mix of pool and open water swimming.

16 to 20 weeks of three to four structured sessions per week, including a mix of pool and open water. £100.

Twelve Week Swim Fitness Plan

You find yourself a little bit lacking in swim fitness and you have a race looming. It’s a common story! This plan is perfect to help you develop your endurance, whilst increasing your swim pace. You will feel stronger in the water and your swim confidence will increase. You will be ready to race!

Twelve weeks of three sessions per week. £50.

Top 10 Swim Session

Generally happy with your swim training, but need a little inspiration in the pool? This is a 10 session plan – with some of our favourite and proven sessions to keep you busy! Consisting of three endurance sessions, three VO2 Max sessions and four Threshold sessions, this plan will add some variety – and a bit of spice – to your current training.

10 sessions. £10.
