The Long List: A Year of Dreams and Races

Looking Back and Looking Forward

2025 was a year full of milestones, breakthroughs, and incredible effort. From first-time Ironman finishes to breakthrough 70.3s, from PB swims to marathon runs, our athletes have shown what dedication, courage, and consistency can achieve.

As we look toward 2026, the question is simple: what’s next? Which races will push you, excite you, and inspire you to reach new heights? Here’s a look at the long-distance races our athletes are signing up for—and why they should make you feel excited about what’s possible.

Full-Distance Ironmans: Stepping Up to the Challenge

Next year, several of our athletes will be taking on the full Ironman distance – the ultimate test of endurance, courage, and determination:

  • Ironman Portugal
  • Ironman Wales
  • Ironman Leeds
  • Ironman California
  • Ironman Austria
  • Ironman Frankfurt
  • Ironman Lanzarote
  • Challenge Roth
  • The Outlaw

Some of these races will be a first for our athletes—a step into the unknown, a test of courage. Ian, for example, is stepping up to his first Ironman in Wales. Months of training, early mornings, late nights, and long rides all come together on that start line.

And then there’s Graham, returning to Lanzarote for his fifth consecutive year, determined to collect that ‘five-times’ medal. Every Ironman has a story waiting to be written — and you could be writing yours next.

Half-Distance 70.3s: Speed Meets Endurance

For others, the 70.3 distance is where they thrive — fast, focused, and ready to test their limits:

  • Ironman Bolton 70.3
  • Ironman Swansea 70.3
  • Ironman Mallorca 70.3
  • The Lakesman 70.3

Take Jon, who smashed his swim PB in Mallorca 70.3 this year — proof that consistent effort and attention to detail pay off. Or Elliot, chasing his first 70.3 finish at Swansea, excited to see what he can achieve when all the training clicks into place.

These races are perfect for building speed, confidence, and preparing for future full-distance challenges. Imagine following in their footsteps — and then surpassing them.

Epic Adventure Challenges: Courage and Character

And then there are the races that demand a little extra: bravery, courage, and a sense of adventure:

  • The Brutal
  • The ROC

Think of Jo conquering The ROC last year — one of the toughest courses she’s faced, yet she came through stronger and prouder than ever. Or Nick tackling The Lakeland 100, pushing himself mentally and physically in a way that left everyone in awe. These races aren’t just tests of fitness — they’re tests of character.

Inspired by Those Who’ve Gone Before You

Look at what your Squad-mates have achieved. Each one proves what’s possible when you commit fully to the journey:

  • Sammie’s first Ironman finish, a moment of sheer joy.
  • Dan’s Ironman swim PB, reminding us all what progress looks like stroke by stroke.
  • Matt conquering Ironman Leeds, showing the power of courage and commitment.
  • Shane and Jan taking on ultra marathons, showing that resilience is earned through effort.

And the beauty of it? You can emulate them. Be inspired. Show up. Put in the work. Discover what you are capable of.

The Energy Behind Every Race

Every race has its own vibe. Ironman Wales: hills, courage, and stories you’ll tell for years. Lanzarote: transformation, challenge, personal triumph. The 70.3s: speed, confidence, and testing limits. The adventure races? Courage, resilience, a little madness.

Through it all, the Squad is here for you. Every session, every ride, every swim — cheering, supporting, celebrating. You’re never doing this alone.

Looking Back: Dedication, Sacrifice, and Breakthroughs

It’s not just about race day. It’s about the months of training that lead to these moments. Early mornings, cold swims, long rides, runs in the rain, mental battles, and unwavering support from families and friends. That’s what makes PBs possible, first finishes achievable, and epic adventures unforgettable.

2026: Your Year to Chase It

From first-timers discovering courage to PB-chasers testing limits, 2026 is shaping up to be another extraordinary year. Epic swims, long bike miles, marathon finishes, and stories you’ll look back on with pride.

Coaching Support Along the Way

And if you want guidance, structure, or someone cheering you on every step of the way, that’s what our coaching is here for. Your first Ironman, your next 70.3, or your next PB — we’ll help you turn training into progress, and progress into finish-line celebrations.
