“Thank you for everything. I definitely wouldn’t be where I am in my triathlon journey if it wasn’t for your continued support and help”
My Philosophy
Your coaching starts with you – your goals, your background, your life. No templates. No one-size-fits-all. Every plan is tailored to fit your training, your schedule, and your stage in the journey.
Whether it’s chasing a PB or simply crossing the start line healthy and prepared, we’ll build a process that fits your life, supports your progress, and sets you up to perform on race day.

Athlete Success
Many thanks to our our athletes for sharing their race report with us and allowing us to share them on here. There are brilliant performances and amazing stories in here.
If you are looking for inspiration, or want to know how these athletes tackled their races so you can learn a thing or two, or just even be entertained, I would whole-heartedly recommend reading these reports.

FAQ
Some of our common questions:
What happens if I miss a session?
Life happens – work, family, illness, or just needing a break. We’ll adjust your programme so you don’t feel like you’re “behind” and can get back on track without stress.
Do I need to be an experienced triathlete?
Not at all. I coach athletes of all levels — from complete beginners to seasoned Ironman finishers. The plan is tailored to you, your starting point, and your goals.
Can you coach me if I don’t live nearby?
Yes – I coach athletes all over the UK (and beyond). We use online tools like TrainingPeaks, video analysis, and regular calls to make sure you get the same level of support wherever you are.
What if I have a holiday or work trip coming up?
We’ll plan your training around it. Sometimes we adjust the load before and after, or we build in recovery while you’re away. The plan flexes with your life.
Can I switch between coaching tiers?
Yes – you can move up or down between Coaching, Coaching Plus, and Coaching Unlimited at any time if your needs or budget change.
Do you help with race plans?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a sprint triathlon or an Ironman, we’ll go through pacing, nutrition, mindset, and logistics so you hit race day confident and ready.
What’s the minimum commitment?
There’s no long-term contract – it’s a monthly rolling arrangement. But to see meaningful progress, I suggest giving coaching at least 3–4 months.
