I have been speaking to a lot of triathletes recently about improving their swim performances. Unfortunately, some athletes cannot make the Swim Squad group sessions as they live too far away or cannot commit to a regular evening session due to work shifts.
After some discussion, this is the sort of support we’ve agreed to put in place for several athletes. Have a look and see if this is something that you might benefit from.
Swim Video Session (£50)
This is an hour of us working together in the pool with the video helping us dig deep and identify issues with technique. We would work through some methods to improve, with the aim of making them quicker and more efficient.
As well as reviewing technique, I would also talk to the athletes about their training to date, review their previous training and specific sessions and then identify ways to improve their training so they’re getting the very best from it. I would design some specific sessions to give them an idea and get them started.

Training Programme (£25 per month)
For those athletes who don’t want to commit to a full triathlon coaching package, and just want support with their swim, I would devise an online swim programme that would be individual to them, their starting point and their goal races. Analysis, regular feedback and discussion would be built in to this.

1-1 Review Sessions (£30 per 60 minute session)
These are follow up sessions every 6 weeks or so, where we meet up and spend an hour in the pool reviewing technique, checking on progress and refining further.
The structure above is a great way to support your swim without attending group sessions and having a coach on the poolside with you.
