I am a full-time triathlon coach, who has a been coaching athletes since 2018 and is a ‘lifelong athlete’.

If you choose me for your coaching needs, you will be working with a British Triathlon Federation Coach and an Ironman Certified Coach.

You will also be working with proven success, a six year track record of working with a wide range of athletes, successfully preparing them for their key races, achieving lifelong ambitions and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Triathlon Coaching Packages

This is the coaching package that most of my current athletes fall into. It takes the athlete from the start, getting to know them and then working with them to set goals and plan for the season (or multi-seasons in some cases). We work together to develop training programmes that fit into life, work and family – but don’t compromise on performance goals. Importantly, we make sure that race preparation – planning, strategy, pacing, fuelling – is built into the programme and we review races and events afterwards to celebrate successes, learn some lessons and develop further.

  • Annual goal setting & season planning
  • Individual training plan designed to meet your athletic goals, whilst taking into account your life, family and work schedule
  • Adjustments to your training plan when required, when life gets in the way!
  • All training customised to you, the individual athlete

Not all of the athletes I work with are triathletes. I have coached many runners – usually marathon runners – to success in their key races, with lots of marathon personal bests and smiling faces!

The package is similar to the Triathlete Package …

Again, as well as in-person, at the pool or open water coaching, I have worked with swimmers remotely, providing training plans and swim coaching. The structure is very similar to the Runners Package above.

Sometimes you don’t want a full coaching programme. You want an individualised programme you can follow and work through. You may not want or need the feedback or the frequent changes to the plan. In that case, the Triathlon Training Plan package might be for you.

It includes:

  • Goal setting & season planning
  • Individual training plan designed to meet your athletic goals, whilst taking into account your life, family and work schedule
  • Sessions designed to be ‘device-ready’
  • Monthly adjustments to your training plan
  • All training customised to you, the individual athlete

The flexible training plan option! Subscribe to this and then pick and choose any of our training plans at any point. Try them, swap them, move on to the next one, it’s as flexible as you want this to be.

We have a range of plans to support you – and we are adding to them all of the time.

  • Ironman & Ironman 70.3 Triathlons

  • Fitness Maintenance

You can pick and choose which plan you want to follow at any point. You might have an early season marathon – so you choose a marathon training plan. Then, you may do a summer triathlon. Pick the triathlon plan that suits your needs.

All of the training plans will be loaded into TrainingPeaks for you to follow.
