I did a 1-1 session with a swimmer to work on some technique after he became frustrated that his swimming was not getting any quicker or easier, despite swimming regularly.
These are the before and after photos.

The first is his swim pace before we met – and it was anywhere between 2.11 and 2.40 per 100m pace. The longer the session, the more the pace became erratic and less predictable.
The second is a week later after our session and his pace has already jumped to sub-2 minute pace – and much more consistent too.
There have obviously been no fitness gains in a week. So, a few small changes in his technique has made a marked difference!
The pleasing thing for me is that he has taken the key points from our 1-1 session into his solo session and put them into practice.
A great example of the power and benefit of a 1-1 swim session. If you think you might benefit from a session like this, please get in touch.
